Team Resources
East Hill PTA is greatly appreciative of all of our volunteers. The following is a list of resources to assist in being a Team Captain or for being a part of any of our teams. If you need any assistance or have a question please contact the President or Vice President.
Team Notebooks
We use team notebooks to help ensure access to information as volunteers change. Maintaining Notebooks help to ensure that Team Captains can get up to speed quickly. Empty Notebooks and Dividers are available in the PTA Closet please speak with any of our Board Members for assistance with supplies. Team Captains are responsible for ensuring the team notebook is maintained. Team Notebooks can be customized as needed for the Team. Contact the President or Vice President with any questions.
Flyers
We have a Flyers 101 document that details how-to tips on how to create flyers, how to get them distributred to the kids, and how to get print orders from the District Print shop, as well as how to get reimbursed from the PTA for the flyers.
Plan of Action Report
To help with planning we have created a tool that will help with that. Use of this form is option but it is preferred. These forms should be stored in your Binders and should contain as much information about your teams program or event as possible.
